Antoine has an engineering background, specialised in Air Operations and maintenance, traineeship in aviation industry and at EASA. He started his career in the French Civil Aviation Administration (DGAC), in the European and International safety cooperation and then joined the European Commission in the Aviation Safety unit to handle EASA work, and from January 2020, handled the COVID-19 crisis in aviation. From July 2020, Antoine joined the Transport Ministry cabinet in Paris and then became adviser to the General Director of the French CAA, a short but very rich. Experience. Kevin joined A4A in 2023 from the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) where he served as the Executive Director of the Office of Environment and Energy. He also served as Director for Climate and Environment at the National Security Council in the White House from 2015 to 2017, where he helped advance U.S.-international climate and energy objectives, including achieving the Paris Climate Agreement and the adoption of the International Civil Aviation Organization’s CORSIA.

A globally recognized aviation, environment and sustainability leader, Nancy served for over fourteen years as the Vice President of Environmental Affairs at Airlines for America (A4A). In addition to directing A4A’s environmental sustainability programmes, she served on the steering group and as sustainability co-lead of the Commercial Aviation Alternative Fuels Initiative, participated in working groups under ICAO’s Committee on Aviation Environmental Protection, and served on the Board of the Air Transport Action Group and the UN Secretary-General’s High-Level Advisory Group for Sustainable Transport. Prior to her engagement with A4A, Nancy was a partner at the law firm of Beveridge & Diamond, P.C.. Nancy holds a BA from The College of William & Mary and a JD cum laude from Harvard Law School.

impact on sustainable aviation e.V. is a non-profit association founded in early 2022 by leading financiers, lessors, consultancies and universities in aviation. A global platform, it promotes climate protection in civil aviation by developing effective industry standards for translation into a sustainability-linked finance framework. Furthermore, impact e.V. engages in facilitating the funding of technologies (e.g. SAF), which are crucial for decarbonizing aviation. Ulrike has more than 20 years’ aviation experience and has held senior positions at UniCredit Bank as Global Head of Aircraft Finance and at ING Germany as Head of Aviation. She has worked with airlines and lessors around the globe at various stages of their business development. Keen to facilitate change, she has spearheaded major strategic projects at both UniCredit and ING. Ulrike has served as long-standing member of the Investment Committee of the HSH Global Aircraft I fund. Prior to her aviation career she has worked in Project Finance, Export Finance and Syndications.
