How To Register and use a Discount Code:
1. If you haven't done so already, please ensure that you check our registration rate table to determine your correct category.
2. Click on the “Register Now” button below.
3. Select your category and the number of tickets that you wish to order. Then click on “Checkout Now“. Any discount codes are applied on the next page.
4. If you have a discount code, click on the box “I have a discount code“. Enter your discount code and ensure that you click on APPLY. The Total Amount will be updated to the final amount that you have to pay.
5. Enter your personal details and preferences, including any other persons that you are registering. You have 60 minutes to complete the process otherwise you will need to start over again.
6. Click on “Complete Registration“
7. You are now requested to pay. You have two options:
a) pay by credit card or,
b) select to pay by invoice. With this option you must pay via bank transfer no later than 15 days after registration, and in all cases no later than 13 October 2022.
8. When you receive your registration confirmation email, if you paid by invoice you can click on a link to automatically download the invoice for your accounting purposes. If you paid by credit card, a similar email link allows you to download a receipt of payment. Please note that we are not able to manually create invoices as a duplication or alternative to the aforementioned default registration system receipts and invoices.
9. Once you have completed the registration and payment you will see a registration summary. Click on the button "Book our Marriott group rate” and you will be forwarded to our dedicated page on the Marriott hotel website, more details below.
